Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of Tyndale Arts' terms and conditions as shown below;

Terms and Conditions

  • By sending this form you agree to take part in Tyndale Arts Week should your application be successful

  • If you are selected a £30 entry fee is to be paid to Tyndale Arts.

  • 10% commission on all sales to be paid to TA.

  • You are required to be available at times to be agreed to set up on 06 October 2023

  • You must be available to steward your allocated venue on both 7 and 8 October 2023. A stewarding rota can be arranged upon the agreement of the venue's exhbitors, where required.

  • All applications submitted and received by the closing date will be considered for inclusion. The decision of the selection panel is final but feedback will be given on request

  • Venues will be allocated by the organising committee to ensure a variety of exhibits at each location

  • We will share your contact details with other exhibitors at your venue, to facilitate organisation of the event- see TA data protection policy for other information.

  • We take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen work; it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure their own work.
